Whether you need a subdued set for the field or a full-color commemorative, the spec should match how the patch will be worn—not how it looks in a product photo on a white background.
We manufacture custom PVC and embroidered patches for UK customers, with Velcro backs and UK-wide shipping. We work from your original art or a design you have rights to. We do not copy official seals, rank, or protected insignia on request without authorization.
PVC for gear, thread for dress
PVC stands up to weather and Velcro. Embroidered patches suit jackets, hats, and display frames. Many groups order both from the same art file: rubber for the carrier, thread for the hangar or reunion jacket.

If you have a written color requirement, paste it into the quote. Guessing “army green” is how mockups get rejected.
Velcro, size, and name tapes
Hook-and-loop lets wearers swap patches on carriers and bags. We can supply hook, loop, or both. Sew-on remains available for uniforms that do not use Velcro panels. Morale patches often sit around 2–3.5 inches. Name tapes are a different shape—measure the panel.
Artwork we can and cannot run
Original humor, unit nicknames you own, and veteran-owned brand marks are normal custom work. Do not send official DoD or agency seals, protected trademarks, or someone else’s patch to clone. If you are ordering for an authorized unit program, say so and provide the files you are allowed to use.

Upload art, pick PVC or embroidered, size, quantity (5 minimum per design), backing, and color intent. Free mockup usually within 12 hours. After approval, typical production plus UK shipping is 7–12 business days.
